| Can Tumescent Liposuction be performed in Overweight Individuals? |
| Tumescent Liposuction can be used in patients who are significantly overweight, but it can only remove fat which is outside of the abdominal cavity, and can only be safely used to improve the shape of an overweight patient at their present weight, I do not consider Tumescent Liposuction, or any Liposuction technique to be a safe alternative or substitute for disciplined weight loss. |
