| What should I Wear the day of Liposuction Surgery? |
| Simple clothing that opens in the front or pulls over easily, and loose pants, such as sweats, are best for patients who are undergoing Tumescent Liposuction. Because a large volume of Tumescent Solution is injected into the tissues at the time of surgery, there is often substantial leakage of pink tinged clear fluid for about 18 hours post-op. Loose clothing will facilitate getting dressed over a form-fitting girdle and light dressings. |
